March 26, 2025 | Granada, Spain Dear Reader, Have you ever found yourself standing at the edge of a vast canyon, seeing your vision on the other side but questioning if you have what it takes to build the bridge? Something I learned recently… I discovered that right here in Spain, not far from where I live in Granada, was born one of history's most profound heart-centered mystics. Ibn Arabi, born in Murcia in 1165 and raised in Seville, revolutionized how we understand the human heart through his Sufi teachings. Unlike many spiritual traditions that speak of purifying or conquering the heart, Ibn Arabi taught that the human heart is inherently divine—capable of infinite expansion to “contain” even God himself. His concept of "Qalb" (heart) describes not just an emotional center, but a dynamic spiritual organ that continuously transforms to reflect divine reality. “The heart of the knower of God,” he wrote, “expands and contracts in accordance with divine self-disclosure.” This suggests our hearts naturally pulse between contraction and expansion, mirroring the breath of existence itself—a remarkable perspective from 12th century Andalusia that feels deeply relevant to our modern understanding. For more on this tradition, I recommend Stephen Hirtenstein's The Unlimited Mercifier. Are you ready to awaken the Heart Warrior within? Next month, on April 10th, I'm beginning a new cohort of the Heart Warrior Bootcamp – a 12-week journey for those ready to heal emotional wounds, break free from limiting patterns, and reclaim their authentic power. The journey includes weekly live coaching sessions, foundational courses, a private community, and powerful resources to support your transformation. If you feel a resonance with this opportunity, I invite you to learn more and register. Heart-earned wisdom

Most of us carry an undercurrent of anxiety about whether we’re doing enough, being enough, or living up to our potential. This nagging doubt follows us through major decisions and quiet moments alike. It shows up when you speak up in meetings, when you consider changing careers at 45, or as you...
Hello Reader, For thousands of years, across spiritual traditions worldwide, the human heart has been recognized as far more than a physical organ. It’s been revered as a sacred center of divine consciousness—a place where our humanity meets the divine, where wisdom beyond the mind can be accessed, and where our deepest transformation begins. Yet in our modern approach to meditation, this profound dimension of the heart is often overlooked or forgotten, leaving many spiritual seekers with a...
Hello Reader, Have you ever noticed how your phone has become less of a tool and more of an extension of your body? The subtle weight in your pocket that you check for instinctively. The screen that lights up your face more often than the sun some days. I certainly had—and it troubled me. Not because technology is inherently problematic, but because I sensed something valuable was being displaced in the constant digital exchange. Connection. Presence. The quiet space where creativity and...
