New guide to Heart Mastery I’m excited to share “What is Heart Mastery?”, a comprehensive guide that explores the transformative journey of living from your heart’s wisdom. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your connection with your heart, this guide provides practical insights and tools to help you align with your authentic self. This often begins with an illness or crisis that has no known cure, propelling the individual on a journey of self-healing. Through this transformative process, they awaken their unique gift of healing and step into their role as “wounded healers.” This powerful tradition highlights how deep struggles can hold the seeds of transformation. If you’re curious to learn more, I highly recommend Tucker’s book: Mystery of the White Lions. Heart wisdom
